You can order directly through our online store by selecting your product, quantity, options, production time, and uploading your print-ready artwork. You can also visit us at our Trujillo Alto location or call to 787-399-6677 for assistance with your order.
For products that require artwork, you can upload your file directly from the product page while placing your order. If you need to send additional files or information after ordering, please include your order number with your submission.
We accept JPG and PNG files only. For best print quality, artwork should be high-resolution and created at 300 DPI at the final print size.
If Printing Outlet creates or modifies your design, a proof will be sent for approval before production. Print-ready artwork submitted by the customer may be printed as provided without an additional proof.
Yes. Graphic design can be added to many products for an additional fee. When available, select the design service option directly on the product page.
Colors displayed on screens use RGB, while printing uses CMYK. Because of this, printed colors may vary from what you see on your monitor, phone, or other devices. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
Print-ready artwork is a file that is ready to print without additional design or editing. Your artwork should be submitted as a JPG or PNG, created at the correct final size, preferably at 300 DPI, with proper margins and bleed when required. Make sure all text, images, and important elements are positioned correctly before uploading your file.
Production time varies by product. Available production times are shown on the product page and must be selected when ordering. Production time begins once all required information, artwork, and approvals have been received.
Production time begins once your order has been paid and all required artwork, information, and approvals have been received. Time spent waiting for artwork, missing information, design revisions, or proof approval is not included in the selected production time.
Our daily production cutoff time is 1:00 PM. Orders that are fully ready for production after 1:00 PM will begin production on the next business day.
No. Production time and shipping/transit time are separate. Your selected production time refers only to the time required to produce your order.
Rush production is available on select products. When available, options such as Same Business Day or Next Business Day will appear under Production Time on the product page and may include an additional fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has begun. If design work has already been completed, applicable design fees may be non-refundable even if production has not started.
Yes. Local pickup is available at our Trujillo Alto location. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Yes. We ship to Puerto Rico, the United States, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Available shipping methods and costs are calculated during checkout when applicable.
Yes. For shipped orders, tracking information is sent by email once your order has been prepared for shipment.
Online payment options are displayed during checkout. Additional payment methods may be available for orders placed directly with our staff.
No. General customers can shop at our regular prices. Creating an account makes it easier to manage your information and orders.
Yes. Approved resellers can access special pricing on eligible products. Create an account, select the Reseller option during registration, and submit your request for approval. Once approved, reseller pricing will automatically appear when you are logged into your account.
